 Job Description

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Transplant Institute, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Las Vegas, NV clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about practicing in a collegial environment while comfortable with a certain level of autonomy.  This is a unique opportunity to provide much-needed hepatology care for the Las Vegas community.    

This position is located in downtown Las Vegas, NV in the Medical District area. It includes outpatient responsibilities only with no call, weekends or nights. Regular clinic hours, Monday–Friday. One week per month will be spent on the Loma Linda University Health campus in Southern California.  

The Medical Director is always available for consultation, and will spend 1 day per month in the Las Vegas clinic with the Nurse Practitioner and 1 day per week via telemedicine.

Responsibilities include:

  • General hepatology and liver transplant evaluations
  • Approximately 6 patients per half-day
  • Daily communication through email and text
  • Participation in transplant meetings via video conference
