This facility is a private non-profit corporation with the goal of providing complete, compassionate and affordable health care to the medically underserved of the Brazos Valley.  We have two major divisions consisting of community services and health care. The community service division offers numerous support services such as case management, eligibility determination, Medication Assistance Program (MAP), Medical screening and enrollment, transportation assistant, and the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) nutrition program. The health care division offers medical, dental and behavioral health services.
