In Madisonville, Texas: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full- time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice as part of the multidisciplinary care management team. This provider will be responsible for providing full-spectrum primary medical care as authorized as a licensed provider in Texas.

Qualifications:

  • Current Unrestricted Texas License 
  • Minimum of 1 year post-training experience preferred
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Required
