ThedaCare, Inc., located in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a qualified physician to work as a Family Medicine Physician with optional obstetrics in our Menasha, Wisconsin location.  Menasha is the primary location, but the physician may also provide services on a limited basis at our clinics located in Kimberly, Darboy and Hilbert, WI.

Our Family Medicine Physician will partner with a dedicated and innovative medical staff to provide Family Medicine services to their patients.  The physician is expected to participate in a call schedule of 1:13 weekends (1 weekend every 13 weeks) with nurse triage serve screening all calls before transferring them to the on-call physician.  If the physician provides OB care the physician will participate in an OB call schedule of 1 week day per month and also 1:6 weekends (1 weekend every 6 weeks).  The call schedules may change subject to the practice needs.

A qualified candidate will be a graduate of a U.S. or Foreign Medical School and must have completed an Accredited Graduate Medical Education Program (Residency Training) in Family Medicine that is approved by the American Medical Association.  The individual must be Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  Qualified candidates should send Curriculum Vitae to Stacie Masanz, ThedaCare, Inc., 122 E.
