 Job Description

Carilion Clinic has an immediate opening for a Family Medicine physician to join  as the 5th physician to a group practice located in Christiansburg, Virginia, part of Virginia's New River Valley which also comprises the localities of Blacksburg, home of Virginia Tech, and Radford, home of Radford University. Carilion offers a competitive salary with productivity, and a fully comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail insurance, healthcare insurance, retirement benefits and more.

Join a busy and well-respected practice of 4 Family Medicine physicians and 3 dedicated ACP's. Enjoy working a 4 1/2 day work week, with evening hours and Saturday call rotation shared equally by all physicians. Call 1:5 for general family medicine.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ABMS/AOA-BC/BE in Family Medicine, with plan in place to sit for Boards
  • Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license and DEA
  • Team player, highly motivated, excellent communication skills
