Rural Medicine at its Finest!  Join Indiana University Health and be eligible for a large loan forgiveness/sign on bonus!  IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care Family Medicine physician to join our established and reputable team at IU Health Jay Family Medicine in Portland, IN.

In addition to a highly competitive salary, physician could receive up to $300,000 in loan forgiveness, signing bonus, or combination.

Position Details:

  • Full time with scheduling options- 4 or 5 day work week
  • Limited call 
  • Can build your patient base quickly as this is highly respected office in the community
  • 10% Inpatient / 90% Outpatient 
  • EKGs in office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care for Jay County and surrounding rural areas 
  • Engaged and supportive practice environment with excellent quality and patient experience
  • Part of large multi-specialty group with outreach support in region
  • Ability to enhance practice scope in rural setting
  • Expected patient volume in office: average 100-115 patients/weekk

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified FM or IM/Peds
  • Residents, fellows, and practicing physicians are invited to apply
  • H1-B and J1 candidates are eligible for this position

Compensation Details:

  • Strong compensation model which could include: salary guarantee, WRVU bonus, up to $300,000 signing bonus/loan repayment, early commitment stipend, etc.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, relocation assistance and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage
