 Job Description

The Department of Radiology & Imaging Sciences with Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a fellowship trained Pediatric Radiologist to join the pediatric radiology division.  This position will be based at the Riley Hospital for Children in the nation's 15th largest city, Indianapolis.  With our a unique partnership to one of the nation’s leading medical schools, Indiana University School of Medicine, we are able to provide patients access to leading-edge medicine and treatment options. Our exceptional care and continued excellence has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report for the past 20 years. That means IU Health continues to be ranked among the best healthcare systems in the nation and the top healthcare system in Indiana.  The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences includes 120 clinical faculty, 44 residents, 10 physicists and 19 research faculty.  Riley Hospital for Children is a free-standing tertiary referral center and level one trauma center serving the entire state of Indiana.  We preform approximately 100,000 examinations annually. 

Position Details:

Full-time, Overnight:

  • In-house care of pediatric patients at Riley Hospital for Children
  • Remote care to pediatric patients across the IU Health system
  • One week on, two weeks off

Clinical expertise (inclusive of fluoroscopic procedures not IR)

Opportunities to read selected urgent Neuroradiology exams on ED patients & inpatients

Salary is commensurate with experience and training.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, CME, paid ACR membership and paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications:

Pediatric Radiology fellowship 

Passed or Eligible for CAQ examiniation in Pediatric Radiology

Indiana State Licensure or willingness to obtain

Fellows and practicing MDs/DOs
