 Job Description

In Richmond, Texas: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time OBGYN Physician.

Job Overview:

  • Monday-Friday clinic hours
  • Reserved Administrative time
  • Seeing approximately 20-25 patients per day
  • Hospitalizes as needed any patient requiring in-patient care
  • Perform general gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures, both diagnostic and therapeutic, using both minimally invasive and traditional surgical techniques
  • Performs colposcopies and LEEPs as office and inpatient procedures as appropriate
  • Conforms to Title X requirements and agrees to provide all methods of birth control including IUDs and the "morning after pill."
  • Participates in health promotion/disease prevention activities
  • EHR: Greenway EHS

 Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of approved post-graduate training
  • Unencumbered license to practice medicine in Texas as an MD/DO
  • Must have DEA registrations
  • BLS certification 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN. If Board Eligible, be in the process of attaining Board Certification.

Will accept new graduates!

Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required
