 Job Description

In Lubbock, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Dentist to provide direct patient care for children and adults. Ensure that dental assistants use proper techniques and methods in the clinic. Must communicate effectively with dental staff. 

Job Overview:

  • Sees at least 15 patients per 8-hour day, unless unusual circumstances arise, e.g. difficult surgical procedure. Has to see walk-in patients
  • Use Formulary prescriptions except in cases in which patient care could be compromised.
  • Is willing at times to work without an assistant.
  • Provides clinical direction to the Dental Assistants in proper technique and methods.
  • EHR: Dentrix
