In Bryan/College Station, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Bilingual Spanish Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist to enhance the care of patients and their families by assessing their treatment needs, and by developing, monitoring, and evaluating their treatment plans and progress.

Job Overview: 

  • Provide outpatient adult 
  • Provide behavioral health services to patients
  • Collaborate with the primary care physician to integrate mental and behavioral health care into primary care setting

This facility is a private non-profit corporation with the goal of providing complete, compassionate and affordable health care to the medically underserved of the Brazos Valley.  We have two major divisions consisting of community services and health care. The community service division offers numerous support services such as case management, eligibility determination, Medication Assistance Program (MAP), Medical screening and enrollment, transportation assistant, and the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) nutrition program.
