 Job Description

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team.

The Speech Pathologist provides patient care including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, family training and the application of treatment techniques in accordance with designated practice act. Is responsible for providing out-patient care in a Voice and Swallowing Center. Works with the Laryngology physicians to provide a team approach in treating patients with various voice and swallowing disorders. Attends and participate in interdisciplinary team conferences, staff meetings, in-services, QI activities and mandatory competency in-services.
 

Requirements: 
 


• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Current SLP License in the state of California

Practice Description :

We have a very busy group practice with satellite locations in Riverside, Banning, and San Bernardino in addition to our main location in Loma Linda.  Our group provides professional services at the Riverside County clinic/hospital as well, where we have an active Resident training program. We are currently building out additional dedicated retina clinical space at our Loma Linda location to facilitate optimal patient service/ flow. Our facilities are equipped with the most up to date equipment needed for diagnostic purposes and we have several retinal clinical trials underway. In the last 12 month period, as a group we had close to 50,000 billed visits.
