Guthrie Clinic, a non-profit, physician-led, integrated health care delivery system is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join its Urology Department in Corning, NY. At Guthrie you can work in an environment that is supportive both professionally and personally. 

• This position offers a great mentoring and collaborating opportunity to serve Guthrie's growing Urology practice, practicing alongside highly experienced providers and ancillary staff.
• Practice outpatient Urology, seeing follow up appointments, assist in pre operative testing and examinations, minor procedures in the office and maintaining EPIC documentation guidelines per department policy.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will work as a team player in the department; interact in a positive manner with ancillary staff; be responsive to referring physicians and support the philosophy of a group practice.
• Maintain a great work-life balance, with weekly office hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
