Description |
Carilion Clinic Internal Medicine - Radford is searching for a BE/BC General Internist to join an established practice in Christiansburg, VA. Join two physicians in an outpatient only group practice with Monday to Friday office hours. The outpatient clinic is conveniently located within the Carilion New River Valley Medical Center Campus, a 146 bed, Level III Trauma Center, allowing patients accessibility to on site imagining, laboratory, and other services. Located in Southwest Virginia 41 miles south of Roanoke, Radford is ideally situated along Interstate 81 in the Virginia Mountains.
Carilion Clinic is the largest not-for-profit integrated health system in southwestern Virginia, with 7 hospitals, 220+ physician practice locations, and 22 GME programs. This sophisticated network of 650+ multi-specialty physicians in over 60 specialties offers Carilion physicians faster access to patient information and history with a sophisticated fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) and excellent access to subspecialty consultation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- ABMS/AOA-BC/BE in Internal Medicine, with plan in place to sit for Boards
- Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license and DEA
