The Executive Director of Primary Care reports to and works collaboratively with the Primary Care Medical Director to be responsible for the success of the Primary Care Center with the goal of achieving long-term business growth and patient access.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leadership of the primary care outpatient clinics, assuring that quality care services are provided in a productive and fiscally responsible manner, including access to care, service quality, patient satisfaction, agreed-upon quality measures and strategic alignment with the organization’s goals for the Primary Care Center. The Executive Director will be responsible for disseminating best practices while cultivating highly effective teams, facilitating staff engagement, developing and mentoring personnel, developing collaborative relationships throughout the organization for the enhancement of primary care services, advocating for and initial development of administration and patients and all learners who may rotate through the clinic setting from time to time.
