Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group (LLUFMG) is seeking a Manager of Corporate Contracts. This position manages all LLUFMG and LLUHC corporate contracts and coordinates negotiations to minimize financial risk and legal issues, while communicating contractual terms to ensure smooth administration. Responsible for developing, analyzing, modifying, and maintaining contractual relationships with vendors and providing services to or from LLUFMG and LLUHC.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or related field required.
• Prior work experience in a contract management role, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses.
• Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts.
• Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
• Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations.
