 Job Description

In Dallas, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to provide direct medical care to patients of the clinic.

Overview:

  • Provide routine primary care, urgent ambulatory, patient education and coordination of behavioral health services
  • Practice medicine within license and training; diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of the human body
  • Examine patients utilizing all types of instruments, medical equipment and tests following standard medical procedures/protocols
  • Complete all meaningful use measures or any other clinical quality metrics as defined by CMS, participating insurance health plans and other governing bodies.

 Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine and have completed an approved residency program
  • Candidate must have documentation of current unrestricted license to practice Family or Internal medicine in the state of Texas
  • Board certification in Family or Internal medicine required 
  • Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively both oral and written, especially in stressful situations
