 Job Description

Franklin Community Health Network, parent-corporation to Franklin Memorial Hospital, is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Practice physician to join their hospital employed practice in Farmington, Maine.

Franklin’s Family Practice services include physical exams, women’s health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals and management of chronic health conditions.  Blood work and lab services are on site, and inpatient care is at Franklin Memorial Hospital.  The practice includes a skilled licensed clinical social works to help facilitate behavioral health needs for their patients, allowing the entire health care team to work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients in the community.

The position offers teaching opportunities, as Franklin Memorial Hospital is one of the teaching sites for the Maine Medical Center – Tufts University Medical School program.
