The OBGYN practice offers a full range of pregnancy care, with the most current treatment in gynecological care and state-of-the-art surgery.  The practice has close relationships with The Family Birthplace and the Women’s Imaging Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital for additional high quality care.

This position offers an opportunity to teach and mentor medical students as Stephens Memorial Hospital (a member of MaineHealth, the premier healthcare system in Maine, which includes Maine Medical Center) is a teaching site for the Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine rural medicine clerkship program.   Stephens Memorial, a 25-bed critical access hospital, has been recognized by the Leapfrog Group as one of the top rural hospitals in the nation three times in the last six years - 2009, 2013, and 2014 as delivering the best quality care while attaining the highest levels of efficiency.
