Carilion Clinic is searching for a Family Medicine physician to work in our community clinic, a transitional center as well as an urgent care center, conveniently located in downtown Roanoke's Community Hospital, one mile from Roanoke Memorial Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center. Community Care is best described as a transitional care model services, offering features of both an urgent care and primary care office. Lab and X-Ray services are available on site to patients. Patient mix includes chronic disease as well as acute needs. Enjoy working 10 hour shifts set in 10 week block schedules with Monday to Friday office hours with alternating Saturday morning clinic hours. We are seeking a physician with leadership skills with a team based approach to guide growth of the practice and the serving community.
