Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Professional Employment to join our growing team.

Generalist Duties include: Support the VP of Professional Employment as an interface with the MSO. Create, develop and implement policies and procedures, monitor and ensure company compliance with changing employment laws. Employee relations, create and update job descriptions and update records for personnel files and any other miscellaneous projects as needed.
