Hospitalists

ThedaCare, Inc., located in Appleton, Wisconsin, is looking for qualified physicians to work as Hospitalists in our integrated health care organization to be primarily located in Appleton, Wisconsin, but providing as-needed coverage in Neenah, Wisconsin area as well.  Our Hospitalists will act as the attending physician for adult medical patients admitted to the Hospitalist service or as a consult on specific inpatient cases, and provide continuous coverage and continuity of care/service for hospitalized patient on the hospitalist service.  The Hospitalists are responsible for all required hospital activities from admission through discharge and for arranging and coordinating all necessary follow-up care and therapies.

 A qualified candidate will be a graduate of a U.S. or Foreign Medical School with an M.D. or D.O. degree and must have completed an Accredited Graduate Medical Education Program (Residency Training) in Internal Medicine that is approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).  The individual must be Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Qualified candidates should send Curriculum Vitae to:  Jody Groenier, ThedaCare, Inc., 122 E.
