Nurse Practitioners wanted for an exciting new Hospitalist program at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. 

Due to programmatic growth of our Hospitalist service, Guthrie's Robert Packer Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its team. Alongside the admitting Hospitalist, the Nurse Practitioner will function in a highly autonomous environment with responsibility for admissions and consultations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with assessing and managing patients, including diagnostics and therapeutic interventions, as well as the as day-to-day implementation and evaluation of care plans. 

Robert Packer Hospital is a 253 bed Regional Level II Trauma Center. This position has a traditional Monday through Friday schedule. Hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. New graduates considered.  

Guthrie, founded in 1910, provides comprehensive team-based care to patients from an 11 county service area. The Guthrie Clinic is comprised of four hospitals, 500 physicians and advanced practitioners in a regional office network made up of 45 subspecialty and primary care sites in 21 communities. In addition, we offer a wide range of services and programs, including home health and home care services, GME and a research institute. 

Guthrie main campus in Sayre is situated in a beautiful valley in north central Pennsylvania, located just a few miles from the New York border. Guthrie's service area stretches from Corning and Ithaca, NY to Wellsboro, PA (home of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon), down to Tunkhannock, PA and is less than 30 minutes from the Finger Lakes region.
