Community Overview

Bryan-College Station is the home of the Fighting Texas Aggies! Situated in East Central Texas, this twin-city is right in the heart of the Brazos Valley. It's located within the most populated region of Texas, near three of the 10 largest cities in the United States - Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. College Station and Bryan together make up the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area, the 15th largest metropolitan area in Texas with 231,623 people (as of 2012).

College Station is home to the main campus of Texas A&M University, the flagship institution of The Texas A&M University System. Due largely to the presence of Texas A&M University, College Station was named by Money magazine in 2006 as the most educated city in Texas, and the 11th most educated city in the United States.

Live music, local theater, symphonies, Broadway productions, shopping or a night out on the town. Whatever your entertainment preference, we have you covered. There is always something interesting going on in Bryan-College Station, from drink specials on Northgate to live jazz in downtown Bryan during First Friday. Texas A&M University offers several galleries and museums, as well as the Bonfire Memorial, horticulture gardens, and a full tour of the campus, with an explanation about the various traditions that make this university so unique. Take the time to stop by the Messina Hof Winery and Resort, especially during the harvest season, for a wonderful tour of the facility and a truly Texas wine-tasting experience. For the kids? There are plenty of family-friendly Bryan-College Station attractions, from spending a day at the Children's Museum to ice skating, laser tag or putt-putt. Philosophy of the group:

Our pediatricians in the Brazos Valley have a special way with kids. We know that your child doesn’t want to be here if they are sick or hurt. Your pediatrician will make every effort to comfort your child and help them get better. And for routine well visits, our doctors, nurses, and staff will make the experience as easy as can be for both you and your child.
