St. Vincent Medical Group is recruiting a motivated, flexible physician with a passion for geriatrics and providing patient care within skilled nursing facilities as well as providing traditional outpatient care. This physician would become a partner to an existing physician with a very busy geriatrics outpatient internal medicine office and nursing home practice, bringing the provider group total to two physicians and three nurse practitioners.

• Traditional outpatient Internal Medicine practice
• Skilled nursing facility inpatient specialist
  • Physician will round on 8-10 nursing facilities within the Evansville area
  • Approximately 15 mile radius of hospital
  • Position is supported by three Nurse Practitioners, LPN (2), CMA, MA and front office position
  • After-hours LPN/RN nurse pool is also available
  • Support staff are located in an office within St. Vincent Evansville
• Position is salary, plus incentive
• Two physicians in call group, filtered by triage nurse
