Carilion Clinic Department of Family & Community Medicine has openings fora full time BE/BC Family Medicine to join our internal resource/float pool of providers to provide coverage at our various Roanoke and New River Valley primary care outpatient practice sites. Physicians would provide short term and/or long term coverage for vacations, CME, FMLA, high-volume practices, and other temporary needs for additional physician staffing. Coverage may range from daily to several weeks or months. Some practice locations may include minimal supervision responsibilities for advanced clinical practitioners. Enjoy practicing Monday thru Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with no call. Practice locations may vary with some travel required. Opportunity for full time employment exists at specific practice location as vacancies become available. One of the largest hospitals in the state, Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) is a 703-bed hospital with an additional 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The facility recently completed a large expansion project, adding a new Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery unit and the Carilion Clinic Children's Hospital complete with a Pediatric Emergency Room.
