 Job Description

In Lubbock, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide preventative and primary medical care for patients in a warm and friendly community health setting. Must be able to treat patients from a diversity of social and ethnic backgrounds and to work creatively as a member of a health oriented team composed of health professions from a variety of disciplines for the healing and betterment of the center's patients.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of approved post-graduate training, Board certification in Family Medicine and a current, unrestricted Texas Medical license. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number for the purpose of writing prescriptions is also required. Two years’ experience (post residency) preferred, but will consider new graduates. Fluent in medical Spanish a plus. NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible site!
