In Lubbock, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide preventative and primary medical care for patients in a warm and friendly community health setting. Must be able to treat patients from a diversity of social and ethnic backgrounds and to work creatively as a member of a health oriented team composed of health professions from a variety of disciplines for the healing and betterment of the center's patients. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of approved post-graduate training, Board certification in Family Medicine and a current, unrestricted Texas Medical license. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number for the purpose of writing prescriptions is also required. Two years’ experience (post residency) preferred, but will consider new graduates.
