Hospitalist Director The Opportunity: Pen Bay Medical Center has an opportunity for a Board Certified Director of our Hospitalist Service to lead our employed team of nine physicians. Provide administrative leadership & quality management in addition to clinical responsibilities. Proven leadership and successful performance improvement within a Hospitalist program preferred but not required. The Hospital: Pen Bay Medical Center (PBMC) is a 99-bed, full-service community hospital located directly on beautiful Penobscot Bay in Rockport, Maine.
