Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Neurosurgery, is seeking Board Certified Pediatric Neurosurgeon to join our team, with the possibility of a leadership role. The positions include a very busy practice with an eclectic mix of cases from general neurosurgical to complex cranial. We are looking for a qualified surgeon who loves to teach and conduct research. The candidate should be eager to participate in the mission of Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) to continue the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified neurosurgeon interested in taking the program further. This individual will hold a faculty appointment through the Department of Neurosurgery at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. On-call duties are general and averages approximately 1 in 5. The department is well represented in its collegial and friendly faculty, representing all major religions and faiths, with almost every subspecialty represented. The Department of Neurosurgery currently has 8 adult surgeons, 2 pediatric surgeons, and 14 advanced practice providers. Loma Linda University Medical Center is a tertiary care center with Level 1 trauma accreditation serving a population in excess of 4 million. There is a full complement of services lines, including interventional neurosurgery and proton beam therapy. This is not a J1 Opportunity. |
