• Cases consist of OB, Vascular, Breast, ENT, Urology, GI, Orthopedics, Podiatry
• Coverage includes inpatient, ambulatory, and endoscopy units, all located in hospital
• Level III Trauma Center – Level 2 NICU

• Candidates must have completed an accredited training program and become board certified
• Valid and unrestricted Indiana state license
• Computer skills required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
