| Income Details: | This is an employed position with a flexible two-year salary guarantee based on a 4 or 4 1/2 day work week. After the two years, the physician will move to an incentive compensation plan. There is an option to go on the compensation plan if the physician meets financial targets. |

ThedaCare Physicians-Ripon, formerly Community Health Network, a highly successful Wisconsin Health System is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for its Ripon, WI location. This position will partner with a dedicated and highly qualified medical staff, including mid-level providers. ThedaCare Physicians-Ripon is comprised of two primary care physicians and two mid-level provider. This full-scope family medicine clinic sees patients from routine physicals, to treatment for colds and coughs, to immediate care. An additional physician comes to the clinic one day a week to perform OB/GYN services. |
