Carilion Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated physician with leadership experience in Hospital Medicine to oversee a 12 member hospitalist group practice at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum of 2 years previous leadership experience as hospitalist preferred but not required.
- Strong vision of program excellence
- Ability to provide mentorship, build collaborative partnerships, and promote integrated interdisciplinary care
- Communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; unencumbered license and DEA
