 Offer Details
Income Details: This is an employed position with a flexible two-year salary guarantee based on a four, four and one-half or five day work week. After that period of time, the physician will move to an incentive compensation plan. There is an option to go on the compensation plan after one year if the physician meets financial targets.

Relocation Paid:
  • One house-hunting visit, for up to 7 days

  • CME/Professional Dues: $4000/year
Call Coverage:
  • FP is 1:12
  • OB is 1:5. Hospitalist Coverage on the Weekends

 Job Description
ThedaCare, an integrated health system, located in Northeastern Wisconsin, seeks a BC/BE Family Practice physician to practice primary care medicine with Obstetrics preferred, for it's Waupaca location. ThedaCare is a nationally recognized healthcare system that excels in quality outcomes and is the employer of choice in the area for both physicians and staff. This position will partner with a dedicated and highly qualified medical staff including mid-level providers. ThedaCare Physicians - Waupaca is comprised of eleven primary care providers and two general surgeons.

    Practice Description : The practice is a full-scope family medicine practice; OB is optional with five of the physicians doing obstetrics. In addition to deliveries, the group would welcome a physician who also is trained or willing to be trained to do C-sections. Members of the group perform vasectomies, colposcopies, sigmoidoscopies, colonoscopies, TA's cryo, leeps, joint injections, lesion removal, suturing and casting.

    OFFICE:
    • Work in a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Care Center. This new 43,,000 square-foot clinic is scheduled to open in December 2008
    • EPIC Electronic Medical Record - Utilized by the clinic and the hospital
    • Each physician has three exam rooms, dedicated MA, as well as a shared pool of triage nurses, receptionists, coders, transcriptionists, ancillary techs and business office staff.
    • Ancillary services include full service lab, MRI, CT, digital x-ray, and mammography.
    • This group enjoys longevity and strong specialty support.
