 Client Overview

Our health center serves five counties including Kaufman, Hunt, Fannin, Collin and Delta County. This service area has been designated as a Medically Underserved Area (MUA). The center maintains seven service sites and provides services such as pharmacy, laboratory, education, social services, family planning, STD testing and treatment, nutrition counseling, and immunizations. We also offer one dental site in Greenville. This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center, also known as a community health center, which is a local, nonprofit or public entity. The center is mission driven and its community owned health care providers serve low-income and medically underserved communities. FQHCs provide high-quality, affordable primary care and preventative services to populations who, even if insured, remain isolated from traditional forms of medical care because of where they live, who they are, the language they speak, and/or their high level of complex health care needs.
