 Job Description

In Round Rock, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor who is experienced working with the underserved population in a fast paced clinic setting. 

Job Overview: 

  • The ideal candidate is mission-focused; flexible with their time, work locations, and ability to provide coverage while working within a group practice.
     
  • Provide appropriate behavioral health services for patients of all ages, from seniors and adults to adolescents and children.
     
  • Delivers excellent care and professional experience to the patients of the center appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with multicultural, multilingual patient population.
     
  • EHR: NextGen.
     
  • Call coverage 1 week/year.

 Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Current State of Texas License in respective field required.  LCSW or LPC required
  • Relevant Masters or Doctorate degree required
  • Current American Heart Association BLS – Health Care Provider course
  • Experience working in behavioral health and/or human services preferred
  • Board certification required 

Bilingual/Medical Spanish is preferred but not required
