In Plainview, TX: The Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a passionate, mission oriented full-time Dentist who under the leadership of the organization’s Medical/Dental director provides primary oral care and treatment for patients.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid unrestricted Texas Dental license
- Must possess a valid CPR certification and current DEA Controlled Substances Registration.
- Must have a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited Dental Program
- Be knowledgeable about all areas of primary oral dentistry
- 2-4 years of experience preferred

Our health center was founded in 1973 and is designated by the Department of Health and Human Services as a Federally Qualified Health Center. We provide a comprehensive array of primary medical, dental, behavioral, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Health education and Nutritional services for residents throughout the South Plains and Texas Panhandle region. Our accreditation by The Joint Commission demonstrates the ongoing commitment to provide quality health services. The City of Plainview is comfortably nestled in the lower Texas panhandle. This community of 21,000 offers many of the amenities more often found in larger sister cities, yet Plainview manages to do so while maintaining a hearty hometown feel. Plainview adjoins I-27, which connects two cities with populations in excess of 200,000, Amarillo - 70 miles to the North and Lubbock - 45 miles to the South. Each of our 14 service delivery sites is located in communities and/or census tracts designated as Medically Underserved Area (MUA), Health Professional Shortage Area or both.

Our health center, an integrated network of primary medical and dental clinics, is currently hiring a Dentist for a full-time position at its facility in Plainview, Texas. We offer a progressive compensation and benefits package which includes, 4 weeks of accrued Paid time off (PTO), Short Term Disability Pay, 40 Hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) with CME Reimbursement up to $2000/year, 5% 401K match, end of year Pay-for-Performance Incentive and Bonus schedule and Employee and Family Educational Scholarship program. Dentists will have an opportunity to practice as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team of clinical and dental professionals in a fast-paced, family friendly environment.
