 Job Description

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (0.8 FTE) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Congestive Heart Failure Team located in Muskegon, Michigan.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Our team includes board certified heart failure Doctors, Dietitians, and Care Managers.
  • Team is seeking a 0.8 FTE (4 days a week schedule)
  • Outpatient position working in a clinic setting.
  • The team is engaged and offers an autonomous culture and work environment.
  • Great opportunity to join a high functioning team with very low turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Cardiac experience required.
    • Open to new graduates with cardiac nursing experience.

  • BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
