 Job Description

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team located at one of our beautiful Northern Network offices!

Our Northern Network is looking to grow by adding a new Family Medicine Physician to one our offices located in Whitehall, Hart, Shelby or Ludington.  You will have the opportunity to practice in one of these locations that best aligns with your career goals, professional interests, and lifestyle.

  • All offices are outpatient departments of our Trinity Health Shelby hospital
  • Physician will provide comprehensive Primary Care services including diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop individualized patient care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Each office offers great support staff, friendly environment and terrific patient panel
  • All of our Northern Network offices offer a close-knit community feel and the opportunity to make a significant impact on underserved populations
  • Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows

Qualifications:

  • Open to experience and new graduates
  • Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
  • State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
  • DEA license
  • BLS Certification and maintain recertification.

Community Overview

Minutes away from Lake Michigan, the towns of Whitehall, Shelby, Hart and Ludington offer residents the opportunity to enjoy the natural resources of the great outdoors.  West Michigan is blessed with excellent communities in which to raise a family, and miles of clean, sandy beaches.  West Michigan is home to many recreational and cultural activities.  Anglers from all over know that Ludington is the #1 salmon port on Lake Michigan.  The City of Hart is one of Michigan's featured beachtowns, with Silver Lake Sand Dunes as a main attraction.  Miles of biking/hiking trails run throughout the northern lakeshore region.  Winter offers snowshoe hikes, skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing tournaments.  Summer is busy with parades, art fairs, farmer's markets, and festivals.  Enjoy the small town feel while living within driving distance of the amenities of a larger city.
