The annual salary for this role is $500,000 to $530,000 with a sign-on bonus of $100,000. This range represents Bassett’s good faith belief for the range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
The position splits time between administration (.60) and clinical (.40). The new chief will have responsibility for designing a regional departmental structure that could create additional administrative support in Bassett Emergency departments outside of Cooperstown.
