 Job Description

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a Per Diem (0.0 FTE) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team located in Whitehall, Michigan.

  • Provider must be comfortable providing high-quality urgent care services, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries
  • Urgent Care Operational hours are M-F, 8a-8p and Saturday, 8a-2p with flexible scheduling
  • Must be willing to pick up at least 1 shift/month
  • Ideal APP is comfortable working independently and can make clinical decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Whitehall urgent care office also offers convenient on-site access to primary care, lab, and rehabilitation

Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred
  • APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
  • State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
